This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is an invitation by the Saskatoon Public School Division(“SPS”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for the provision of Audit Services as further described in the RFP Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). SPSD requires the following audit reports in accordance with Canadian generally accepted auditing standards:• The Board of Education of the Saskatoon School Division No. 13 with a year end of August 31 and a deadline of substantial completion by October 31. With Board approval approximately mid-November.• Auditor’s report on the School Division’s other reportable matters.• Auditor’s report on the effectiveness of the internal controls of the School Division.• Auditor’s report on the School Division’s compliance with its governing legislation.• Saskatoon Public Schools Foundation Corp. (Foundation) with a year end of August 31 and a deadline of substantial completion by October 31. With Board approval approximately mid-November.• No additional value-added services are required from the auditor
