⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : WADA Yoshitaka, Director of the Resources Management Division, Financial Services Agency ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : System modification for Electronic Disclosure for Investors' Network (EDINET) in Response to Legislative and Regulatory Changes, 1 set. ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the date when contract is concluded through 31, March 2027 ⑸ Fulfillment place : As in the tender manual. ⑹ Qualifications for participation in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
