The purpose of the contract is to procure supplies together with related maintenance services. The supply to be purchase is a LED solar simulator needed to calibrate large-area photovoltaic solar modules at STC (Standard Test Conditions). The simulator must conform to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard. It must have a tuneable spectrum with a spectral range and a minimum effective measurement area of a rectangle.
