Tenders for the plumbing replacement for the above project will be received up to 2:00 P.M., Central Standard Time, October 14, 2026. Deliver bids electronically to [email protected] . Bids shall be made on the Bid Form provided and submitted as a single PDF in electronic format. Hardcopy, fax or telephone proposals will not be accepted. Hardcopy bids will be returned unopened to the bidder. Description of the Work: Removal and replacement of all plumbing lines in a six-floor apartment building as per the attached scope of work Tenders $100,000 and over must be accompanied by an electronic copy of a Certified Cheque (front and back), an Irrevocable Letter of Credit or a Bid Bond and ‘Consent of Surety’ in the amount of Ten Percent (10%) of the tender. Copies of the Tender Documents may be obtained from SaskTenders. There will be a mandatory site review meeting on site on Tuesday, October 6th at 1pm Saskatchewan Time. All interested parties to meet at the front door at Hallsholme Apartments, 4510 49th Avenue, Lloydminster SK. Contractors must complete a site walk through to be eligible to submit a bid. Contractor are requested to confirm attendance at the walkthrough with Living Skies Housing Authority. The lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted. The Owner reserves the right to reject tenders from parties without reasonable acquaintance with the class of work specified. Evidence ofcompetency shall be provided if requested. These reservations shall apply equally to subcontractors.
