Deliverables or the “Work”: Provide Pile Load Testing to advise the Client/s as it relates to the CÉF Prince Albert School Project (herein referred to as the “Project”). The Services include providing a plan for pile load testing prior to starting, pile load testing completed to the attached standard 31 63 23 Bored Concrete Piles, providing a report interpreting and summarizing the findings, and coordinating with the Owner/s consultants including Geotechnical and Structural Engineers. The Client/s may, in its sole discretion and on an as required basis, request that the selected Proponent provide additional services on terms and conditions agreed to by the Client/s and the Proponent.
