Předmětem zadávacího řízení je v souladu s ustanovením § 131 zákona uzavření rámcové dohody na poskytování služeb satelitní komunikace zahrnujících satelitní připojení k internetu a satelitní telefonní služby na 4 roky, a to v počtu satelitní internet pro ČR 90 ks, satelitní internet pro svět 20 ks a satelitní telefony – tarif 40 ks.
