Description of the Requirement: Phase 2 will deliver the core capabilities of the MyTCS client portal to enable the secure and customized space where TCS clients can access tailored information (adapted to their MyTCS self-identified profile and preferences). Global Affairs Canada (GAC), through the Trade Commissioner Service (TCS), is advancing the Government of Canada’s digital modernization agenda pursuant to the mandate established under the 2018 Fall Economic Statement. The contractor will be responsible for, and/or to collaborate to, full end-to-end solution delivery by connecting the TCS systems and data, with other components such as but not limited, to CanadaLogin, Akamai, Coveo, Entra ID and External ID, CoPilot (EVA chatbot) as portrayed in the MyTCS DXP Solution Architecture viewpoint and solution design documentation.
