Canterbury City Council wishes to select and appoint a suitable supplier for the provision of Consultancy Services to advise on both Renewable Energy Generation and capacity and carbon offsetting and sequestration plus the option of a green fund to support these projects and invites tenderers to submit a tender to meet the Council’s requirement, as outlined in the invitation to tender pack of documents. The Contract is anticipated to commence December 2026 and will continue for a period of up to 9 months (unless terminated early in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract) and may be extended for a period of up to 18 months subject to the satisfactory performance of the Services by the Contractor and at the Council’s entire discretion. However, if the submissions received and scores attained for this Lot are not in the best interest of the Council, they will continue to appoint a winner from the highest combined score for Lot 1 and a further contract to the winner from the highest combined score for Lot 2.
